The way we communicate in the world of work today is continually evolving what with web technologies coming up with increasingly convenient ways for us to communicate and collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders and customers in-house, nationally and abroad.

I was recently approached by an old friend to make a video about what I think would be good tips on the subject of Business English for her to host in her Facebook group for working Indian ladies. With a little spare time recently, I said “Sure, why not?”

I then went about scripting, shooting and editing this video which I think anyone — from entry level graduates, to those climbing up, to seasoned professionals — based anywhere in the world could make use of.
